A Christmas Message

Some Thoughts for This Season As I was driving my bus down the road today, I was drawn back to something the Apostle Paul said in his first letter to the believers at Corinth. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most pitiable (1 Corinthians 15:19). What a waste for God to send His son to this earth to only ease our pain and suffering in the present and not secure a bright future for us beyond this earthly existence. Dearest friends, we have only just begun to live and it all started on that blessed night when the angels announced to some shepherds out on the Judean hillside, “Behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people (Luke 2:10).” Look up and rejoice for our redemption is at hand!
